 On Essay Bidding website a person who would like to have an essay or article written posts their request with the full details concerning the work,  

For example: “I would like someone to write me an essay about my dog,” the person sets their budget, which is money that they would like to pay you, and the bidders, who are the writers, at any level, submit their bids.

For example: You would respond to the post bid proposal saying, “I would like to work on your essay, and you give reasons why they should choose you over other bidders to work on their essay, and you can negotiate expect them to pay when you’re done with the work”.
